Ceramic Fiber (Fibre), a ceramic material is refered to as High Temperature Insulation wool is made of a special glass material. The glass material from which HTIW is manufactured is known as Alumino Silicate Glass.
This material is commonly used for thermal insulation in high Temperature environment. The High Temperature insulation wool is used in the application and some of the processes which are operated at 700 °C.
High-Temperature insulation wool is an accumulation of fibres of different lengths and diameters, produced synthetically from mineral raw materials. |
